Part-Time Moderator (Braga, Portugal)


We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and forums to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and in line with our company's guidelines.

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inappropriate content
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online communities and forums to ensure all content posted is appropriate
- Respond promptly to user reports and take appropriate action when necessary
- Enforce the company's guidelines for community behavior
- Engage with community members in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive community atmosphere
