We are a rapidly growing construction company in Faro, Canada seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and log hours of operation
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation on job sites
- Follow all safety regulations and policies on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with various types of heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per week. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
