We are a dynamic and rapidly growing software development company based in Chelyabinsk. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications for our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards
- Troubleshoot bugs and fix performance issues
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and Android SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kotlin programming language is a plus
- Knowledge of iOS development is a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates. English proficiency is preferred but not required. Non-Russian nationals are welcome to apply.
