Entry-Level Commercial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Balzers, seeking an entry-level Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will work closely with clients and project teams to design and create commercial spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget for commercial projects
- Develop designs and plans for commercial spaces while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Balzers
