Data Mining Analyst (Braga, Portugal)


We are seeking a skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our dynamic team in Braga. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, as well as proficiency in data mining tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining tools to extract relevant information and identify patterns
- Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions based on data analysis
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data mining or analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for manipulating and analyzing large datasets
- Experience with data mining tools such as Tableau, RapidMiner, or SAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Braga, Portugal (local candidates preferred)
