Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport or authorization to work in Portugal
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that they meet the needs of both parties
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, events, and developments
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
