Tutor (Contract Position)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students of various levels and backgrounds. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' academic needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress
- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage and motivate students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous tutoring experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles
- Must be organized, punctual, and reliable
