Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Porto without visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Porto's attractions, restaurants, and events is a plus
