Surveyor Assistant
As a Surveyor Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various land surveying tasks such as taking measurements, collecting data, and using surveying equipment. Your role will involve working closely with a team of surveyors to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting surveys using various methods and equipment
- Take accurate measurements and collect data on site
- Help set up and maintain surveying equipment
- Record and organize data collected during surveys
- Assist with creating maps, charts, and other visual aids based on survey data
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow safety protocols at all times while on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to use surveying software and tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data collection
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Faro, Portugal.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the employment contract. This includes a furnished room or apartment in close proximity to the worksite.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required depending on project deadlines.
