Salary: $1800/month


An established company in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800/month. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. This role requires no prior experience and is open to students or individuals looking for a flexible work schedule. A free visa and ticket will also be provided for candidates outside of Portugal. As an Office Assistant, you will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and providing general support to the team.
