DevOps Developer

A reputable software development company in Funchal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes and possess strong technical skills in areas such as coding, scripting, and automation. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage the code releases to production environments. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, implementing and maintaining efficient workflows, and continuously improving our development process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Expertise in coding/scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash
- Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Chef
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary: $1700 per month (without accommodation)
