As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans to promote health and manage various medical conditions. You will also provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and have a passion for helping others improve their health through proper nutrition.
