Shaper - Woodworking and Furniture Design Specialist
Location: Osijek, Croatia (Open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1300 per month (Negotiable based on experience)


As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping wood and creating furniture pieces with precision and skill. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and the ability to design and craft unique furniture pieces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to shape wood into desired forms
- Create detailed plans and sketches for furniture designs
- Select appropriate materials for each project
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Use creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges during the shaping process
- Ensure high-quality standards in all finished products
- Work efficiently within given timeframes to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in woodworking or furniture design is required
- Knowledge of different types of wood, their properties, and best uses is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision is crucial
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for working with clients effectively
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, sketches, and technical drawings is required
- Experience working with hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, etc. is necessary

Education:
A degree or diploma in woodworking or furniture design is preferred but not required. Prior experience in the field will also be considered.

Working Conditions:
This role involves standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, using power tools, and working with potentially hazardous materials. Appropriate safety gear will be provided.
