Construction Project Manager - Sheduva, India

As a Construction Project Manager in our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets in collaboration with team members
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all milestones are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site regularly
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits such as free visa and ticket. This is a full-time position in Sheduva, India. English proficiency is not required for this job.
