Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Mauren. Your main duties will include managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional office environment and ensuring that all necessary resources are available for the efficient functioning of the office. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or individuals without prior experience in an office setting. However, proficiency in English is a must and knowledge of local languages is preferred.

Salary: Starting salary of $1400 per month.

City: Mauren, Liechtenstein.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Visa and Ticket: The company will cover the cost of visa processing and provide a one-way ticket to Mauren.

Nationality Preference: Indian candidates are preferred due to cultural compatibility.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Ensure all necessary resources are available for the efficient functioning of the office.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
