Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Balzers. As a member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or remote access tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working in a help desk environment
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
