Hotel Sales Manager - Triesen, Egypt


Our luxury hotel in Triesen, Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position will require the candidate to have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain strong partnerships with current clients
- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute promotional packages and events
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the hotel's online presence and social media accounts
- Create and analyze sales reports to assess performance and make necessary adjustments
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- A valid work permit for Egypt (visa sponsorship available for non-Egyptian candidates)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
