Commercial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
