We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented individuals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
