Metal Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Lahore. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating, repairing, and installing metal structures and components according to specifications provided by engineers or clients. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided and is open to freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the metalworking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, drills, and welding equipment
- Tack-weld or weld components together using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding
- Smooth and polish surfaces using grinders or sanders
- Inspect completed projects for quality assurance
- Install metal structures according to project plans
- Repair damaged metal parts or structures as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools and welding equipment
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
