Concierge
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. You will serve as a point of contact for guests and must have excellent communication skills. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and find appropriate solutions
- Maintain the lobby area in a tidy and welcoming manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Keep updated records of guest requests and preferences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1200 per month
