Wedding Planner/Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner/Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the actual day-of coordination. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for creating beautiful and memorable events.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Create detailed proposals and budgets based on client's needs and preferences
- Source and negotiate with vendors, such as florists, photographers, caterers, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including set-up, decorations, transportation, etc.
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Manage contracts and invoices with vendors
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality service for future events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in event planning or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Coordinator
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and vendors
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Familiarity with wedding industry trends and resources in Jeddah is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jeddah (open to candidates of any nationality)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
