As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Dickirch, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of our restaurant. You will be accountable for managing the daily tasks and duties of the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including budgeting, inventory management, scheduling, and staff training
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and maintain a positive dining experience
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet financial targets
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff members to ensure a productive work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for supplies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS)
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, safety standards, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset
