Project Manager - Construction (Contract, No English Required)


We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Akron. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This is a contract position with no English language requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines, budget, and resources
- Oversee construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Filipino or any other language preferred (English not required)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
