Merchandiser - Full Time, Sharjah


We are in need of an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to promote and increase sales. You will work closely with the sales team and buyers to ensure that products are displayed and marketed in an attractive and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product placement, promotions, and pricing
- Collaborate with buyers to select products for display and create visually appealing displays
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, displayed, and priced according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to assess displays, product availability, and stock levels
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs if necessary
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sharjah but may require occasional travel within the UAE.
