Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Braga. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Prepare and review project contracts and proposals
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors and manage their work performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of project financials, including expenses, invoices, and payments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Braga or Portugal
- Fluency in Portuguese
