Position: Construction Manager
Location: Shan, Kenya

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. This position does not include accommodation and requires fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1100 per month
