Job Title: Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Shan, Canada. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets and ensure they are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment and labor
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns and provide solutions
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and technical documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, contractors and team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards in Canada is preferred
- Biometric passport is required for this position
