As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Shan, China. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, addressing any issues that may arise
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in plans
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction management or related role is highly desirable but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
