Information Security Analyst - Karachi, Pakistan



Position Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and possess the skills necessary to secure our company's data and systems. The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security measures to protect our organization from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems and networks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new security solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security.
- Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary: This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Location: This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
