A renowned construction company in Khanpur is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budget and expenses, including procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or delays
- Prepare project status reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
