Sales Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue and profitability through effective sales techniques and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze data and create reports to track performance and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating with other departments
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferably in the Nepali community in Mecca
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tools such as CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team towards achieving targets within deadlines
- Knowledge of market research methods and analysis
- Fluent in Nepali (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
