Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to increase company revenue. You will also be in charge of managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to meet sales targets and drive growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve overall company performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management role
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
