We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our clients' properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of properties
- Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues
- Installing appliances and fixtures as needed
- Painting, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintaining inventory of tools and supplies
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and up to standard

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of various repair techniques, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (Egyptian dialect)
- Must be able to legally work in Russia with visa sponsorship
