We are seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our salon.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts and grooming services to clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Use various tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers to achieve desired styles
- Perform beard trims, shaves, and other facial hair grooming services
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber in a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of various haircutting techniques for different hair types and styles
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have own visa or be eligible for work permit in Russia
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
