Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Khanpur. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. Your main goal will be to safely and efficiently move materials, level terrain, and perform other construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with crew members on the ground
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the best approach for completing tasks
- Move materials, dig trenches, level terrain, and perform other construction tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with different types of heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to operating heavy equipment
