We are in need of a highly organized and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Funchal, Portugal. As the team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your role will involve setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to team members. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the team's success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in achieving set goals and targets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and capabilities
- Monitor progress of projects and tasks assigned to the team
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among team members
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in an effective manner
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed-upon deadlines
- Keep track of project budgets, expenses, and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
