Administrator for Indian Nationals in Salalah, Oman
We are hiring a skilled Administrator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the team. This position is open to Indian nationals who are proficient in English and have a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Act as the point of contact between the team and external stakeholders
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible with a positive attitude towards work
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
