Indian Restaurant Manager in Muscat, Oman


Our busy Indian restaurant in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Manage vendor relationships for supplies and equipment
- Keep track of financial records, such as sales reports, inventory levels, and expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural practices
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid passport for international travel
