Job Title: Senior Architect - St-Petersburg, Russia



Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 900$, and includes accommodation as well as a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and design team members
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect in large scale projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Russian building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Russian language is preferred but not required
