Computer Systems Analyst


Position Overview:
We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of computer systems and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to understand the organization's current computer systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather system requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Design and implement new computer systems or enhancements to existing ones.
• Test and troubleshoot system functionality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Train end-users on new or updated systems, ensuring they are comfortable using them.
• Monitor system performance, identifying any potential issues and taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend new technologies or processes that could benefit the organization.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), programming languages (Java, C++) and network infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Shan, Kenya.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Kenya.
