Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Balzers
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, specifically in Balzers or surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with market research techniques
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
