Roofer Supervisor

As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of roofers to ensure high-quality and timely completion of roofing projects. You will be based in Lahore, Pakistan and will be required to work on-site at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques and procedures
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Order and maintain inventory of materials needed for roofing projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding project details, timelines, and any issues that may arise
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time
