A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position which offers flexible hours and the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working in property management or construction industry
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
