Skilled Handyman for Contract Work in Los Angeles


We are seeking a skilled Handyman for contract work in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks such as repairs, installations, and maintenance work for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing doors and windows, etc.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide cost estimates for projects.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Must have basic tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for working in the United States.
