Preservation Architect

We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures, ensuring their structural integrity and historical significance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to identify preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for restoration projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the proper execution of preservation plans
- Oversee construction and restoration work to ensure adherence to preservation standards and guidelines
- Conduct research on historical materials, techniques, and architectural styles for accurate restoration
- Prepare detailed reports on the condition of historic buildings and structures, as well as progress updates on restoration projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on Historic Preservation or Conservation
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of historical materials, construction techniques, and architectural styles
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: 1000$

Location: Balzers (Malayalees are preferred)
