Construction Manager - Funchal, Portugal

We are a leading construction company looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of construction professionals. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Portugal.
