Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Remish. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing our sales team to achieve targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ with additional incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa processing and ticket for selected candidates.
