Computer Systems Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Funchal. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that meet the needs of our organization. Your main goal will be to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our computer systems to support our business objectives.

Your duties will include conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement, developing new systems or modifying existing ones, and testing and evaluating systems to ensure they meet our requirements. You will also be responsible for documenting system requirements, creating user manuals and training materials, and providing technical support to end-users.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and their components, as well as knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement
- Design new information systems or modify existing ones
- Test and evaluate systems to ensure they meet requirements
- Document system requirements
- Create user manuals and training materials
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Stay updated on advancements in technology related to our industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems and their components
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal (open to all nationalities)

Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
