Architectural Designer

A reputable architectural firm in Almada is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects including commercial, residential, and public buildings. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Almada
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans and drawings

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1400 per month but may vary depending on experience.
